This is where you can put your gamer skills to work in our forum style designed site, bring your friends and play for real cash prizes. You may challenge members, or play with friends you know win and get paid. This is a gentlemen’s club, we have a zero tolerance for cheating, profanity and not abiding by the rules will not be tolerated. Your membership will be cancelled and a 10% cancelation fee plus a one dollar withdraw fee with be applied when your points are refunded. If you are thinking about cheating on this site leave now! Here are our general rules:
1. You must be 18 years of age and have a PayPal account in your name to join, no exceptions
2. Residents of Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Tennessee, and Vermont are NOT eligible to participate in the Website and must leave .
3. Only one Account is allowed per person. Your Account is not transferable. You may not allow any other person to access Your Account.
4. Users may request a withdraw of funds from their Account at any time. The PayPal email you signed up with is where the funds will be sent. Users are responsible for all Paypal fees on deposites and with withdraws.
5. Each withdraw of funds is subject to an administrative fee of 1.00 and all PayPal fees.
6. Cheating is not allowed and will not be tolerated.
7. Common courtesy is expected and respected.
8. Players are responsible and required to maintain User Accounts and to play fairly and honestly, pick who you play with wisely.
9. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Provider has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Provider has the right to terminate your account and the 10% cancellation fee will apply along with the 1.00 withdraw fee.
10. Gamerbunker.com does not get involved in any player dispute.
11. Deposits into your Account must be made from a source on which You are the named account holder.
12. At the end of each game, players should report and transfer the points to the winner.
13. Do not include another individual's contact information and/or email in a post this is a public forum.
14. Do not share personal information (your name, phone number, home address, password) with other Users on the Website.
15. Gamerbunker.com has the right to terminate any member for any reason.
16. Gamerbunker.com has the right to change the rules at anytime for any reason.
